Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to mothers in labor and their newborns.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Providing support in Post-Partum units as required, up to 1-2 shifts weekly.
- Documenting patient information using the EPIC EMR system.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Iowa.
- Certification in fetal monitoring from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN).
- Experience in high-risk and high-acuity environments within a busy delivery center.
