Job Details
• Echo Technician position at Kent facility within Care New England Health System in Warwick, Rhode Island.

Job Requirements
• Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration.
• Proof of COVID Vaccine series OR Bivalent booster required; medical exemption reviewed and approved prior to start.
• Proof of 2 immunizations or positive titer for MMR.
• N95 mask fit testing required within a year of start; documentation must include test details.
• Complete Hepatitis B vaccination series OR declination with documentation.
• Flu shot documentation required from September-May; medical exemptions reviewed.
• If history of positive PPD/TB blood test, must have chest X-ray and documentation certifying free of active disease.
• Copy of valid Driver's License or State ID required.
• Two PPD Skin tests or One IGRA completed within the last year.
• Proof of 2 immunizations or positive titer for Varicella.
• Proof of Tdap immunization within 10 years.
• Resume or profile submission required.
• Minimum 1 supervisory professional reference required.
• Federal, county, national and statewide background check with OIG, NSO, GSA/SAM searches within 6 months of start.
• All testing and forms to be signed and uploaded prior to start.
• Non-Employee confidentiality agreement must be signed before start.
• Employment verification for last 5 years required.
• Annual completion of Covid and Flu policy form required.
• Confirmation of assignment documentation required upon acceptance of offer.
• Work attestation form required.
• Neutral colored background badge photo required for all skills.
• Occupational health clearance form required upon acceptance of offer.
