We are looking for a Managing Associate who is ready to step up from an assistant role and become a "main player" on our team. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where you will sell the dream, plan the details, and lead the execution.

The Role: Sales, Service, and Success

You will be a cornerstone of our daily operations, touching every part of the clients journey. Your mission is three-fold:

• Obtain New Clients (Sales): Conduct tours of our stunning manor and grounds, convert inquiries into bookings, and help couples visualize their perfect day at our venue.
• Maintain Relationships (Planning): Act as the primary point of contact for our couples, guiding them through the planning process "top to bottom" to ensure every detail is captured.
• Lead the Execution: We operate in a cross-trained, "pitch-in" environment. You’ll be involved in everything from event prep and staffing to being on the floor during the event to ensure execution is flawless.

Who You Are

• The Catering Pro: You have at least 3+ years of experience in off-premise catering. You understand the logistics of high-end food service and the "behind-the-scenes" hustle required for a seamless event.
• Tech-Savvy: You are fluent in the Mac ecosystem and Apple office tools (along with Microsoft Office).
• A "People Person": You are personable, calm under pressure, and a natural communicator who builds trust effortlessly.
• Social Media Savvy (A Plus): If you have an eye for capturing "the vibe" for Instagram or Facebook, you’ll have plenty of beautiful content to work with here.

Compensation & "Real World" Benefits

We believe in rewarding hard work fairly. Unlike many event roles that hide behind a flat salary, we value every hour you contribute.

• Pay Structure: $28 – $32 per hour (commensurate with experience).
• Overtime Pay: During the height of wedding season, you will be paid time-and-a-half for all hours over 40. We respect your time and pay you for it.
• Performance Bonuses: We skip "shark-tank" sales commissions to keep our team culture collaborative. Instead, we offer generous bonuses based on overall performance and client satisfaction.
• Healthcare Support: While we do not offer a traditional group plan, we provide a monthly healthcare reimbursement to help cover your personal insurance costs. *Available after one year of employment.
• Growth: This is a leadership-track role designed for someone looking to move beyond an assistant position and run the show.
• Sick time: Available after the first 90 days of employment.
• Vacations paid time: available after six months of employment.
