As the Orders & Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for processing all incoming orders, overseeing daily aspects of the orders desk including customer service, inventory management, warehouse communication, and business development. The Orders & Logistics Coordinator will also be responsible for providing customer pricing, shipping dates and information on delays. You may also be responsible for ordering raw materials and packaged goods.

What Youll Do
- Enter, review, and monitor all customer orders from receipt through shipment.
- Coordinate with on site production and warehouse teams to prioritize orders and align inventory and shipping schedules.
- Arrange and track domestic shipments, handling carrier communication, documentation, and exceptions.
- Troubleshoot order and shipping issues (pricing, quantities, dates, documentation) and drive quick, practical resolutions.
- Communicate clearly with Sales, Finance, and customers about order status, changes, and any constraints.
- Maintain accurate shipping and order documentation in accordance with food-safety and regulatory requirements.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in order management, logistics coordination, or a related operations role (CPG/food a plus).
- Food safety awareness and basic understanding of facility/regulatory requirements.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid math skills (quantities, conversions, basic cost awareness).
- High computer literacy (spreadsheets, Word, email; ERP/order-entry systems preferred).
- Excellent phone and written communication; strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment and occasionally support weekends or infrequent holidays when needed.
Work Schedule and Location
- This position is based at our manufacturing facility in Oxnard, California
- Five days per week on site.
- This is a full-time, hourly position.
