Johnson Service Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract opportunity in Roseville, CA. This is an onsite. No remote.
Description:
· Three (3) + years of experience of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing passive & active candidates, knowledge of screening tools and methodologies (in house experience)
· Prior experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Boolean, social media, or other recruiting tools/systems
· Experience in a Bank or Financial Industry a plus.
· Experience recruiting in internal corporate environment is ideal.
· Proven and successful track record of engaging, selling and recruiting candidates
· Experience with competency based interviewing techniques a plus.
· Knowledge Workday and /or other ATS systems
Skills:
· Excellent verbal, written and oral presentation skills
· Ability to articulate with strong attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Problem solving and strategizing capabilities
· Technologically adept with ability to work in multiple software and internet-based applications
· Good judgment and decision-making skills
· Ability to exercise and demonstrate discretion related to sensitive, confidential, or personal matters of colleagues, candidates, and through all aspects of acting as an agent of Human Resources
· Highly motivated self-starter, with proven ability to develop creative solutions
· Demonstrated ability to utilize computers, software, and internet-based applications
· Experience with managing the Talent Pipeline
· Demonstrated experience in all phases of recruitment and staffing
