The Opportunity

Are you ready to take your clinical expertise and transition it into a high-level leadership role? Harlem Hospital Center is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Supervisor to provide Associate Director level supervision to our Care Management Department. This is a unique opportunity to shape patient care workflows, lead a dedicated team, and elevate your career trajectory.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Management & Leadership: Ready to move from team member to team leader? Roles that involve managing teams or projects can be attractive to people looking to develop leadership skills, take on more significant challenges and progress their career and earnings.
  • Bigger Responsibilities: Taking on more significant responsibilities can lead to greater job satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment, as employees see the direct impact of their work. Enjoy the rewards that reflect the larger scope of your responsibilities, including the salary and benefits you deserve.
  • Contribution & Impact: Jobs that allow employees to make a real difference in their industry or community can be very fulfilling. You will be crucial in steering where we're headed and making sure we stand out and keep growing.
  • Work-Life Balance: Increasingly, people are prioritising positions that allow them to maintain (or create) a healthy work-life balance. Come to a place where job satisfaction is as important as productivity. Your consistent 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM daytime schedule allows you to leave work at work.
