Construction Superintendent - Commercial / Mixed Use / Multi-Family
Location - Atlantic County, NJ
Comp Range - $145k to $175k base
PTO - 17 Days + Company Holidays
About the Role:
This opportunity is with one of the leading commercial GCs operating across the East Coast. Following a significant increase in awarded projects, this company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up projects ranging from $50M to $110M.
You will take full ownership of on-site operations, working closely with project management while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality across fast-paced, high-expectation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities.
- Control scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Resolve on-site issues proactively and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and ownership groups.
- Utilize Procore and other project management tools to track progress and manage documentation.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates and address any concerns.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent managing ground-up commercial projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient in Procore and other relevant project management software.
- Based in or willing to work across the South Jersey region.
