Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical trade (residential/light commercial preferred)
• Active Journeyman or Master license in Maryland or Virginia (DC is a bonus)
• Strong knowledge of NEC code, troubleshooting, installations, and service work
• Experience with panel upgrades, service changes, wiring, diagnostics, and safety compliance
• Familiarity with electrical software tools (ServiceTitan a big plus)
• Clear communication skills – verbal and written
• Professional presentation – you represent our brand in the field
• Reliable transportation, clean driving record, valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

What You’ll Do

• Perform a variety of electrical service and installation tasks for residential and light commercial clients
• Use software tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication
• Troubleshoot independently and collaborate with team members when needed
