What You'll Do:

  • Source passive candidates through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and gather professional references.
  • Extend compelling job offers while negotiating terms.
  • Promote the organization’s strengths and opportunities to attract top-tier talent.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in recruiting (healthcare recruiting a plus, but not required)
  • Strong background in passive recruiting techniques and cold calling.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with the ability to “sell” opportunities effectively.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and credentialing requirements for clinicians.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
