What You'll Do:
- Source passive candidates through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and gather professional references.
- Extend compelling job offers while negotiating terms.
- Promote the organization’s strengths and opportunities to attract top-tier talent.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in recruiting (healthcare recruiting a plus, but not required)
- Strong background in passive recruiting techniques and cold calling.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with the ability to “sell” opportunities effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and credentialing requirements for clinicians.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
