A K-12 school in Washington, IN, is seeking a skilled School Psychologist for a contracted position lasting the 2023-2024 school year. This role is focused on evaluating students ranging from preschool age through high school seniors, with a primary responsibility for conducting assessments and participating in conferences to discuss results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational evaluations for students spanning preschool to 12th grade.
- Analyze and interpret assessment data to identify students' educational and psychological needs.
- Collaborate with school staff and families by attending meetings and conferences to review evaluation findings.
- Provide clear and prehensive reports outlining assessment results and remendations.
- Maintain pliance with state and district regulations related to student evaluations.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and data interpretation.
- Ability to municate effectively with educators, parents, and students.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent report-writing skills.
Location and Schedule:
- Position based in Washington, IN.
- Contract duration aligned with the school year.
- Approximately 30 hours per week.
