This sales position focuses on managing and expanding customer relationships within two counties, Orange and LA County. The role involves a balanced mix of cold calling and engaging warm leads, combined with regular weekly travel throughout the territory. Reporting directly to the Owner/Founder, the salesperson will support customers from initial contact through order completion and follow-up, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and ongoing business growth.
Responsibilities
- Make cold calls and visit potential customers
- Support walk-in customers and assist with orders
- Educate customers post-sale and provide ongoing assistance
- Generate leads and manage customer relationships
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture prospects and clients
- Manage territory activities across multiple counties
- Prepare and maintain sales reports
- Travel weekly within the designated sales territory
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Proficient cold calling and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with territory management
