We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to The General Counsel to join our team in Torrance, California. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to support senior leadership with essential administrative duties while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage executive calendars, ensuring accuracy and seamless scheduling.
• Coordinate and arrange travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, ensuring all necessary documents are available.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely communication and support.
• Plan and execute logistics for events and meetings, including venue arrangements and catering.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Provide administrative support by drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and coordination on projects.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in planning and coordinating meetings or events is a plus.
