Walker Healthforce is currently seeking an ambitious Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in the growth of a lucrative recruiting sector. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the right person to be part of a fast-growing, well-connected firm.
THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE - IN OFFICE SCHEDULE MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY.

While contributing to your personal growth and development, you will be a trusted, key contributor for an industry leader in Healthcare Technology for Payer and Provider organizations nationwide.
The ideal Healthcare IT Recruiter will possess:
- Minimum of 1 yr. Technical Recruiting experience is ideal but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills and a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
- Competitive person who possesses exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- "Hates to lose" mentality with a capacity to evaluate and respond to multiple requests.
- Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.).
- Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit and a metrics-driven mindset.

Preferred qualifications include:
Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is preferred.
