We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead our nursing team during overnight shifts. If you are ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment.
- Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to medical safety standards and consistency in nursing practices.
- Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients.
- Share call rotation responsibilities with the Nurse Manager.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license (or license-eligible); pursuing or holding a BSN is preferred.
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role, preferably in a hospital or residential setting.
- Experience in Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health populations is essential.
- Strong communication and time management skills, with a focus on safety and teamwork.
- Current CPR/BLS certification is required; we can provide this if needed.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position with overnight 12-hour shifts. You will play a vital role in our mission to support our clients on their journey to recovery.
