What You’ll Do
- Meet sales goals by creating and converting new leads into long term business partnerships
- Prospect in your assigned area each day
- Help and support current customers
- Keep customer information up to date in the company’s CRM system
- Learn our products so you can explain them clearly and suggest the right options for customers
Path to Success
- Hands on sales training in Charlotte, NC your first week
- CRM and product training to build your skills
- Continuous coaching and feedback from peers and management to elevate your confidence

Compensation
- OTE: $60,000–$77,000 (estimated)
- Pay: $50,000 annually + uncapped commissions
- Commission Eligibility: After 90 days with a favorable Performance review
- Commission Goal: 12 months to reach 75,000 new, paid monthly gallons

Must Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience
- Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings
- Valid driver’s license
