<p>We are seeking a Sales Estimator to join our team! We are a contracting company for bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling and flooring, you will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Salary is commission only @ 10% sale ticket. you will be assigned 15-25 estimates per week. 70 miles radius from downtown Orlando area.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Present and sell company installation services to new and existing customers</li>
<li>Prospect and contact potential customers supplied by us</li>
<li>Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline</li>
<li>Resolve customer inquiries and complaints</li>
<li>Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments</li>
</ul>
<p>​<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, kitchen and bath remodeling , flooring except carpet.</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
