This role is the heartbeat of the office. You'll help keep our team organized and our systems running smoothly. You'll work closely with our agents, creating order, supporting people, and being the steady presence behind a successful team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The team is hard-working and collaborative. We are looking for someone to be the face of the office. Someone with a genuine smile and willing to walk beside our agents, marketing director, and broker/owner.
Compensation:
$20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards
- Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock
- Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
- Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned
- Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties
Qualifications:
- 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required
- General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
