Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will perform manual and mechanical deburring on machined aerospace components, ensuring all edges, holes, and surfaces meet specific blueprint and workmanship requirements. You will inspect both in-process and finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional and visual conformance. Your role includes reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T to ensure compliance with both customer and aerospace standards. You will also identify, document, and communicate any nonconforming conditions in accordance with quality procedures and AS9100 requirements. Proper handling, cleaning, and protection of parts to prevent damage, contamination, or defects during deburring and inspection processes are crucial. Adhering to all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives is also required.

Essential Skills
- Proficiency in inspection and quality control processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.
- Experience with assembly and production processes.
- Ability to use calipers and other precision measuring tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of quality experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices.
- Understanding of aerospace industry standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
