East Coast Surgery Center is a growing, state-of-the-art, Ambulatory Surgery Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. Our team of ten Surgeons, ten Mid-Level Providers and our dynamic clinical team are dedicated to providing compassionate and cutting-edge orthopedic care. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our lively team.

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Pre-Operative, Post-Anesthesia Care (PACU) and Operating Room teams within our outpatient orthopedic surgery center. The role ensures evidence-based practice, regulatory compliance, exceptional patient experience, fiscal stewardship, and staff engagement consistent with The Orthopedic Clinic’s mission and values.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Current Florida RN license (or compact) in good standing.
• Education: BSN required; MSN or MBA preferred.
• RN Experience: Five (5) years perioperative nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role (charge, supervisor, educator or manager).
• Ortho Experience: Ambulatory/orthopedic surgery center experience strongly preferred.
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS (required); CNOR and/or CAPA preferred.
• Technical Skills: EMR (Athena/EPIC/other), Microsoft 365, basic data analytics.
