Job Summary:
We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Embedded in the resort experience is a passion for the outdoors and creating connection between guests, employees, and community. The Restaurant Team Lead supports the Food & Beverage leadership team by overseeing floor service, assisting with operational tasks, and fostering a collaborative team culture. This role ensures smooth service delivery, maintains safety and cleanliness standards, and contributes to memorable dining experiences for guests.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $25.19/hr
- Employment Type: Year Round

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead front-of-house operations during service, ensuring prompt and courteous guest interactions
- Support restaurant setup, table management, and cleanliness throughout the shift
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and shift coverage as needed
- Act as supervisor in the absence of management, including handling payroll and attendance
- Provide feedback and mentorship to team members to promote growth and consistency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior restaurant, supervisory, or guest service experience required
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English required; bilingual skills a plus
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $25.19/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
