We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Skilled Nurse (SN) to provide overnight care in East Norton, PA The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing high-quality patient care, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring patient safety throughout the night.
Schedule:
Overnight Shift:10:00PM - 8:00AM
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient condition overnight
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and care provided
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Communicate effectively with family members and care team
Qualifications:
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Experience in home care or similar setting is a plus
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
