Job Description
Join a global leader in engineering and manufacturing high-quality aftermarket air suspension products. Our Merritt Island headquarters boasts a large, advanced warehouse and production operation, crucial to our manufacturing and distribution network. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machining, production, and inventory workflows, supporting fast-paced outbound and inbound product movement.
Responsibilities
- Use an RF scanner to pick, sort, and track inventory accurately.
- Operate a manual pallet jack to move pallets, boxes, and products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick and pack products according to order requirements with high accuracy.
- Palletize outbound products and stage pallets for shipment.
- Load and unload boxes and assist with general warehouse tasks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and scanning processes.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment where warehouse temperatures vary.
- Opportunity to train and operate forklifts in the future based on performance.
Essential Skills
- Experience using an RF scanner in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to operate a manual pallet jack safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking/packing orders.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work four 10-hour shifts.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new equipment, including future forklift operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional overtime on Fridays. Our facility supports a fast-paced environment with advanced machining, production, and inventory workflows.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merritt Island, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
