Volt is immediately hiring for Returns Sales Order Processor in Irvine, CA.



As an Returns Sales Order Processor you will:

  • Sales Order Management, Returns Administration, and RGA Warranty Return Management for North America, including Warm Mat products
  • Understanding of Commercial Invoice process and international shipping
  • Exporting return and sales order SAP data for Excel and pivot representation, submitting reports to executives, management, and internal department leaders
  • Ensuring performance aligns with customer requirements, contracts, terms, and conditions
  • Managing timely and effective customer communications to fulfill purchase order audits, ensure data entry quality, minimize costs, and meet on-time delivery expectations
  • Month-end performance tasks for 100% customer return processing and credits
  • Processing defective product returns using SAP, including Credit Memos and Returns management
  • Handling inbound customer calls, including welcome calls for return customers
  • Creating “Free Box” orders for returned units
  • Generating shipping labels or bill of lading for shipments and cross-referencing unit order parts (KPI: minimum 35 labels per day, with team exceptions)
  • Validating customer and product information on submitted RGA forms, following up to finalize return approvals
  • Managing SRA processing as needed
  • Verifying RGA warranty serial numbers to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud
  • Conducting research and investigation to ensure complete return process
  • Coordinating with warehouse staff for processing, scheduling, and adhering to quality control guidelines on returned SRAs and RGAs
  • Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports of returned inventory, including disposals
  • Managing accounting audits for quarter, month, and year-end returns, RGAs, and Credit Memos

This is a Full Time Opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Must know pivot tables and VLook up functions. Formulas a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Prior Experience with UPS WorldShip and or FedEx parcel shipping software a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong detail oriented and solid organizational and multi-task job responsibilities
  • Ability to learn quickly, and skilled and experience working in a Team environment
  • Skilled at building customer relationships
  • Working overtime, holidays and/or weekends as needed; Working overtime to maintain workloads or assist the department during peak season with modified work hours

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
