Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available in a specialty retail and mail order environment located in Carmel, IN. This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential for direct hire based on performance.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required depending on workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound client calls and perform order entry with accuracy.
- Verify insurance details and manage inventory control.
- Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and pharmacists.
- Provide exceptional support through processing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist customers with their pharmaceutical needs while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
- Proven Pharmacy Technician background.
- Proficient in data entry and accurate record keeping.
- Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license is required.
- Relevant certifications in healthcare management or customer service are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
