We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Medicare Agents to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in navigating their Medicare options, providing them with essential information and guidance to make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage. Your expertise in insurance sales and customer service will be crucial in helping clients understand their benefits and ensuring they receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities
- Educate clients about Medicare plans and options available to them.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Stay updated on changes in Medicare policies and regulations to provide accurate information.
Skills
- Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably within the Medicare sector.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' needs.
- Ability to analyze client situations effectively to provide tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes related to Medicare plans.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Pay Is as follows (300$) per app 150/150 during AEP and 200/100 during OEP/SEP
- HRA pays 100% to agent
- All inbound calls generated by Presidents club!!
