We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Service Manager to support daily operations within our service department. This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting the service team in achieving performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations
- Support scheduling, dispatching, and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
- Coach and support service advisors and technicians to meet performance expectations
- Help manage department metrics, including labor sales, efficiency, and customer retention
- Maintain compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and safety regulations
- Step in to manage operations in the absence of the Service Manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive service (advisor, dispatcher, or management role preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
