Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction issues, product information, and general financial services support.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM and financial software.
- Ensure all communication complies with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML).
- Educate customers on financial products and services offered by the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, compliance, and sales to improve customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with financial platforms or banking systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as KYC, AML, or GDPR.
