Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Two paraprofessional positions are available in a school setting located in Brookline, NH. These contract roles require 32.5 hours per week, with work hours from 8:35 AM to 3:10 PM. The positions start as soon as possible and extend through June 17, 2026.
Responsibilities include supporting students with behavioral needs in the classroom. Candidates must have behavioral-based experience working as a paraprofessional in a school environment. This role involves assisting students with special education needs and being comfortable with toileting and diapering when necessary. No heavy-duty tasks or restraints are involved, but flexibility is essential in case classroom arrangements change.
Qualifications and experience required:
- High school diploma
- Behavioral-based paraprofessional experience in a school setting
- Comfortable working with students in special education (SPED) population
- Ability to assist with toileting and diapering as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Successful completion of district fingerprinting process
- Must pass all district or agency onboarding requirements
- One professional reference completed prior to submission
- Availability for a Zoom interview
