Job DescriptionWork Type: Full time, direct hire, travel required Compensation: $70-75k/year Benefits: Health Insurance, 401k options, travel accommodations Responsibilities
- This person will travel domestically and internationally on multiple days per week.
- Coordinate travel before, during, and ater flights
- Provide professional in?flight service, including serving food, snacks, cocktails, and specialty coffee/tea.
- Order and coordinate client appreciation items and welcome gifts as needed.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold luxury service standards at all times.
- Occasionally attend client or company events while traveling in a guest or support capacity.
- Support headquarters operations when onsite, including café service, internal happy hours, employee events, and guest support.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required and remain onsite in St. Petersburg when not traveling.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in executive support roles preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and professional communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to proactively identify and prevent issues.
- Experience with cocktail preparation and barista?style beverages preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a highly flexible and unpredictable schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel weeks.
- High level of independence, reliability, and discretion when working with executives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast?paced environments.
- Willingness to assist across departments and support company events as needed.
- Non?smoker; must pass drug screening (including marijuana) and background check.
- Ability to obtain required flight certifications (training provided).
- Comfortable flying out of Sheltair (Tampa) and remaining onsite in St. Petersburg when not traveling.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
