Key Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med Surg environment.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Floating within the same specialty across local facilities as required.
- Employing EPIC EMR for precise and efficient documentation.
- Following facility policies and procedures, including holiday and on-call obligations.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Illinois and eligibility to apply for an Iowa license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Med Surg.
- Completion of at least one travel contract.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA).
- Two years of experience in a similar setting.
