Job Description CPA – Accounting &amp; Tax Preparation (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Hybrid (In-office &amp; Remote) Location: Roanoke, VA We are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in accounting and tax preparation to join our team in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities:

<li>Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (federal and state) </li>
<li>Perform general accounting functions, including financial statements and reconciliations </li>
<li>Provide tax planning and compliance support </li>
<li>Communicate with clients regarding accounting and tax matters </li>
<li>Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards </li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Active CPA license (required) </li>
<li>Experience in accounting and tax preparation </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations </li>
<li>Experience with accounting and tax software </li>
<li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting </li>
