Job Overview:
This role is responsible for material planning, forecasting, and readiness to enable technology development, new product development, supply qualification, and factory readiness. The Program Manager III will act as a primary interface between Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Supplier/Manufacturing Partner(s). The ideal candidate will bring passion, dedication, and a drive for continuous improvement to this role, ensuring the successful execution of supply chain and materials management for new product introductions (NPI).
Responsibilities:
- Lead materials budget planning and spend management through collaboration with Finance and Engineering.
- Manage clear-to-build (CTB) processes for pre-production build phases.
- Propose optimized supply planning to ensure on-time build schedules.
- Drive closure of materials issues to maintain project timelines.
- Work closely with Engineering to manage multiple or alternate source qualifications through build management.
- Lead NPI materials process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate daily or weekly supply planning meetings with Manufacturer Partners.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, or comparable experience.
- Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) supply chain management.
- Strong project/program management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel; technical expertise and prior OEM management experience are a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile, SAP, Oracle, Numbers, Keynote, and Pages is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, APICS, CSCP, or CPIM are a plus.

Pay Range: $65 - $87
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
