Position OverviewWe are seeking skilled and motivated Iron Workers to join our team for projects across Puerto Rico. This is a traveling role, requiring flexibility and commitment to work at different project sites. Candidates should have experience working with structural steel, iron components, and be capable of handling physically demanding tasks in varying environments.Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and reinforce structural steel and iron frameworks for buildings and other structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Cut, weld, grind, and bolt iron and steel components safely and accurately.
- Work at heights while following all OSHA and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Iron Worker or in a related trade.
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Knowledge of welding, rigging, and blueprint reading preferred.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to travel across Puerto Rico for different projects.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
