Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to support elementary school-aged children in a full-time contract role located in Fremont, CA. The position begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year, providing vital therapy services in an elementary school setting.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist License required
- Experience working in school-based OT settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of pediatric therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators and families

Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and provide individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development and address therapy goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of elementary-aged students
