- Coordinate office operations, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to management.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Process contracts and pre-liens
- Manage accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR) including processing monthly billing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit cards.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in Quick Books.
