Job DescriptionWe have an opening for a guidance counsellor at Don Soffer Aventura High School beginning July, 2026:

• Our staff benefits from serving a wonderfully supportive community, as evidenced by offering a starting salary of at least $83,000 for this 196 workdays per year position.
• We have a diverse group of students who represent over 50 countries and who unite in the pursuit of academic, extracurricular, and athletic excellence.
• Certification is not required, though it will expedite the hiring process.
• Successful leadership experience in a rigorous academic environment, model work ethic, devotion to student achievement, and clearance to work in the USA are required.
