Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring a Service Coordinator for a growing medical equipment company in Bloomfield, CT.
Pay: $17.00–$22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30AM–5:00PM
Duties: The Service Coordinator manages medical equipment repair requests during and after the warranty period, ensuring timely service, accurate records, and strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage repair tickets and assign tasks to field technicians
- Track service progress and coordinate part shipments to minimize equipment downtime
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed records of all repair activities and completed work
- Process invoices and documentation for completed repairs with accuracy
- Build lasting relationships with customers to provide excellent post-sale support
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in the medical equipment industry or related field
- Working knowledge of medical parts and equipment, including demo, refurbished, and capital medical devices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems or service platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in service coordination or customer support preferred
