About the Job
We are hiring dependable Laborers / Site Cleaners to support daily operations on an active construction site in Clemson, SC. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Come with a strong work ethic and reliability are a must.
Responsibilities
- Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, walkways, and common spaces throughout the construction site.
- Clean and organize tools, equipment, and materials as directed by the site supervisor.
- Assist with unloading, staging, and moving materials.
- Operate basic cleaning tools and equipment safely (brooms, shovels, shop vacs, etc.).
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA site standards.
- Support the site team with additional labor-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction cleanup or general labor preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow direction.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to follow safety protocols at all times.
- Must pass a back ground and drug screening
