PCU RN – 12 Hour Variable Shifts
36 Hours Guaranteed | Acute Care Setting
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour variable shifts (primarily nights)
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- No self-scheduling
- Call/standby required
- 30-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Acute Care Division
- Charting System: Cerner
- Scrubs: Navy Blue
Patient Ratios
- Standard: 1:4
Floating
- Required
- May float to:
- MedSurg
- IMC overflow in ICU
Certifications Required
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- EKG Course
