Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to support the organization and alignment of internal operations across product, warehouse, and business teams.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that operational information stays accurate, consistent, and up to date as the company continues to grow.

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with processes, coordinating across teams, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and follow up on product-related updates, including:
    • Product models / SKUs
    • Packaging and labeling changes
    • Product descriptions and images
  • Ensure consistency between internal systems, warehouse operations, and actual product status
  • Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional communication
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in operational information and support resolution
  • Maintain and update product-related data in internal tools and systems
  • Follow up with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Support the organization and documentation of internal processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in operations, process improvement, or business coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proactive and willing to follow through on tasks

Nice to Have (not required):

  • Experience in operations, supply chain, product coordination, or similar fields
  • Familiarity with warehouse or product-based businesses
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Role Scope & Growth

  • This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused in the beginning
  • The position works closely with leadership and supports cross-department alignment
  • As processes become more structured, there is opportunity to grow into broader operational responsibilities

Requirements

  • No strict degree or certification requirements
  • Entry-level to early-career candidates are welcome
  • We prioritize learning ability, ownership, and reliability over formal background

Compensation

  • Compensation aligned with entry-level to junior manager level
  • Starting around $4,500/month (or equivalent), with adjustment based on performance
