Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned business established in 1974. We have built our business on providing high quality installation and service to customers at a fair price. We are located in the northwest metro but service the entire Twin Cities metro area.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial HVAC Installer/Sheet Metal Fabricator for light commercial projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5-10 years experience as an HVAC Installer/Sheet Metal Fabricator for light commercial and residential applications.
- Experience with low voltage wiring.
- Quality workmanship and can work well alone or with others.
- Self-motivated (driven), dependable and can maintain a positive, cooperative, and teachable attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers.
- Able to meet physical demands and tolerate a physical work environment.
- A valid driver's license with no major driving violations.
- Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.
