Clinical Supervisor RN – Home Health
Cape Coral, FL | Full-Time | In-Office
Salary: $85,000 – $95,000

Position Overview
The Clinical Supervisor will oversee daily clinical operations, clinician scheduling, patient care coordination, and compliance within the agency. This individual will work closely with the Director of Nursing and the leadership team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced home health environment, enjoys mentoring clinicians, and wants to grow into a future leadership position within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinician schedules and daily patient assignments
- Supervise nurses, therapists, and home health aides to ensure quality care delivery
- Review patient records, clinical documentation, medications, diagnoses, and care plans
- Monitor recertifications, discharges, supervisory visits, and clinician productivity
- Assist with onboarding and training of new clinical staff
- Participate in audits, utilization reviews, and interdisciplinary meetings
- Support patient care coordination and collaborate with intake/scheduling teams
- Generate reports related to admissions, referrals, rehospitalizations, and recertifications
- Conduct occasional patient visits in the field as needed
- Assist leadership with operational and clinical initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience required
- Prior Clinical Supervisor or leadership experience preferred
- WellSky experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
- Current CPR certification required
