Stellar Roofing, a fast-paced roofing and home exterior company seeking a dedicated and reliable Roofing Project Manager to join our dynamic Syracuse team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-tier support to both our internal team and our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage roofing projects through completion, including crew coordination and customer communication.
- Provide direct oversight of subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Oversee daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure all work follows company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Coordinate materials and equipment for timely and efficient project execution.
- Enforce safety policies and quality assurance measures across job sites.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; maintain positive relationships and conduct regular project updates.
- Conduct inspections, resolve issues, and ensure projects stay on budget.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of construction/project management experience, preferably in roofing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing and directing subcontractor performance and deliverables.
- Proficient in project management software and familiar with safety protocols.
- Valid NYS driver's license; ability to tow trailer daily (as required).
- High school diploma required; trade school, college coursework, or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; detail-oriented and dependable.
