Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist

Job DescriptionLHH recruitment has partnered with a well known construction company in the KC metro. They are adding to their team for a Accounts Receivable/ Billing Specialist that is contract to hire. This role is fully onsite.
JOB DUTIES

Compute discounts

Place invoices in line for payment

Assist in preparing control documents for receivable transactions

Prepare and submit progress billings (AIA format) and time & material invoices.

Review contracts and change orders to ensure accurate billing.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due accounts.

Coordinate with project managers to resolve billing discrepancies.

Maintain accurate customer records and billing documentation.

Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.

Assist with month-end closing and reporting.

Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
Pay: $25-28/hr
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
