Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active Virginia SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience or strong interest in a K-12 educational environment
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to design and tailor therapy programs to meet individual student needs
- Passion for collaborating with teachers, families, and other support personnel
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities; develop attainable goals and customized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date therapy records and progress notes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP evaluations
- Offer engaging and age-appropriate intervention techniques, adapting to virtual or in-person learning environments as needed
- Support school staff and families with resources and strategies to enhance students’ communicative success
