Title: Project/Program Manager (Non-IT) 5 – Social Impact Program Manager
Location: Washington, D.C. – Hybrid
Duration: 24 months to stat (with potential to convert to Direct Hire at CAT)
Pay Rate: Roughly $58 (W2 + Benefits), $66 (C2C)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end execution of a global CSR pledge across multiple countries and stakeholder groups

Develop project plans, manage reporting cadence, and ensure alignment with financial, compliance, and brand goals

Collaborate with internal and external partners to bring CSR programs to life, from strategy through impact

Maintain quarterly and annual reporting materials for executive leadership

Partner with communications to amplify brand messaging around CSR initiatives

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in philanthropic engagement
Qualifications (Required):

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

10+ years of experience in CSR, philanthropic giving, or corporate foundation programs

Strong financial oversight experience and budget reporting

Deep knowledge of global CSR ecosystems and stakeholder management

PMP or PMI certification preferred

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
Qualifications (Desired):
