Role Summary
As a Client Success Manager within the OAI organization, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder product requests, guiding product rollouts, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure products meet customer needs, support strategic goals, and demonstrate measurable progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discussion and calibration sessions to align on product requests, scope, and expected outcomes
- Plan and execute stakeholder product requests while maintaining continuous alignment on objectives
- Monitor progress toward goals and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Drive reporting and visibility into product performance and progress
- Assist with, train on, and lead product rollout initiatives
- Build, initiate, and cultivate strong business relationships with internal and external clients
- Understand customer needs and actively participate in brainstorming and solution development
- Promote OAI products and services to support broader company goals
- Act as a trusted liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in project management, client success, or program coordination (non-technical)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
- Experience leading discussions, alignment sessions, and product rollouts
- Strong relationship-building and customer-focused mindset
- Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
