Presbyterian Home & Retirement Community, a premier Retirement Community, is seeking qualified CNAs to join the Nursing team for Full-Time, Day Shift positions at our Quitman campus.

As a valued member of the Nursing team, you will be responsible for providing excellent care and services to the residents of Presbyterian Home & Retirement Community.
Responsibilities (overview):
- Assist RN’s and LPN’s with meeting the needs of residents ADL’s- personal care, feeding, bathing, and dressing
- Actively participate in nursing reports by receiving and contributing to status reports of residents
- Provide complete and thorough personal care for residents
- Take and accurately record vital signs
- Promptly and consistently respond to resident's needs
- Promptly and consistently respond to needs of family members
- Assist and accompany the residents as needed in the admission, transfer and discharge process while assuring comfort and safety
- Provide support to patients and family members
Qualifications (overview):
- Valid Georgia CNA certification
- Proficient in basic life support and patient care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
- Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems, including Point-Click-Care
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's care
