Position Highlights

HOURS: 6am-6:30pm; Weekend Warrior - work 5 out of 6 weekends (Fri, Sat, and Sun) & 2 out of 3 holidays for a 25% incentive

Potential for a $30,000 sign-on bonus!

RN Requirements

An active RN license in the state of practice is required.

Student Loan Repayment

This position may qualify for our Student Loan Repayment Program, which assists in paying off your loans. Each month, an additional payment of $167 (up to $10,000) will help reduce your principal balance more quickly.

Pay Scales

LPN Pay Scale: $24.00 - $28.63 - $33.25

RN Pay Scale: $32.00 - $40.00 - $48.00

Overview

This role involves delivering nursing care by creating nursing diagnoses, setting care objectives, defining interventions, and providing comprehensive support—physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual—to residents, families, and friends. You will monitor changing conditions and needs while re-evaluating care objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver resident care by reviewing physician orders, communicating the nursing care plan, and coordinating with healthcare team members.
• Develop nursing care plans by gathering medical histories, examining residents, and documenting their physical and psychological conditions.
• Educate residents and their families about healthcare needs, medications, and self-care skills.
• Assess resident care by adhering to therapeutic standards and modifying care plans as necessary.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment by following infection control policies and medication regulations.
• Maintain resident care equipment by adhering to operating instructions and performing preventive maintenance.
• Manage inventory of resident care supplies by checking stock and placing orders as needed.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers within the facility.
• Oversee the workflow of nursing assistants and other nursing staff.
• Stay updated on nursing competencies as outlined by leadership.

Required Education and Experience

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of practice upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting.
