We’re looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Representative to help expand our footprint in the commercial real estate, facilities, operations, and workplace sectors. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and building long-term strategic relationships that lead to revenue growth. You will work closely with leadership, operations, and project teams to ensure we pursue the right clients and deliver on the promises we make.

This is not a volume-based sales role. It’s about thoughtful outreach, strategic positioning, and long-term partnerships.

Required Skills

  • 2–3 years of business development, BDR, or sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Experience in commercial real estate, workplace services, facilities management, construction, or related industries is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High emotional intelligence and consultative mindset
  • Organized and process-driven
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and building new relationships
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • CRM experience
